To achieve the continuous improvement culture, it requires the continuous problem-solving culture. Employees at all levels must be able to solve problems. Problem-Solving does not belong to only a certain expert in the organization but everyone in the organization must become problem-solving experts. To achieve this, problem solving methodology must be made simple, effective and rapid results, so that it becomes a daily activity – Daily Problem Solving.
- Creating Culture of Problem Solving
The ability to solve problems effectively and quickly are key requirements of a High Performing Organization and High Performing employees. If the organization do not have teams and employees who can effectively and quickly solve daily problems, it is not possible to achieve high performance in any industry.
- Problem-Solving Kaizen
The Problem-Solving Kaizen is a hands-on problem-solving activity conducted over 3 to 5-Days Kaizen Event. The problem (can be more than one problem) will be solved and the solutions presented to the Managers on the last day.
- Solving the Unsolvable Problems
These are problems that are chronic and classified as unsolvable by the organization. This is a very specialized Kaizen based “Solving the Unsolvable Problem”.
